Prohibited content

You may not use Boreo to create, generate, distribute, or facilitate content that falls under any of the categories below.

Illegal or harmful to minors

• Contains child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or exploits minors in any way
• Depicts minors in sexualized or otherwise inappropriate contexts

Non-consensual and deceptive imagery

• Creates deepfake imagery of real individuals without their explicit, documented consent
• Impersonates real individuals in a manner intended to deceive, defraud, or harm
• Depicts non-consensual intimate imagery

Political disinformation

• Constitutes election interference or voter suppression
• Spreads deliberately false information about political candidates, officials, or elections
• Creates fabricated statements attributed to real political figures

Intellectual property infringement

• Uses copyrighted characters, brands, logos, or trademarks without authorization
• Reproduces copyrighted content (music, video, images) beyond fair use
• Facilitates copyright piracy

Violence and harmful content

• Promotes, glorifies, or incites violence
• Depicts graphic violence gratuitously
• Facilitates terrorism, extremism, or radicalization
• Promotes self-harm or suicide

Hate speech and discrimination

• Attacks or demeans individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Promotes hate groups or hate ideology

Fraud and deception

• Constitutes scams, phishing, or fraudulent solicitation
• Contains misleading medical, financial, or legal advice
• Impersonates brands, organizations, or authorities

Adult content

• Contains sexually explicit material
• Contains graphic nudity

Platform violations

• Violates YouTube Community Guidelines
• Violates the terms of any platform where content is published through Boreo

Technically harmful content

• Contains malware, phishing links, or malicious code
• Facilitates security breaches or unauthorized access
• Overloads or disrupts Boreo's infrastructure

Enforcement

We reserve the right to:

• Remove content that violates this AUP
• Suspend or terminate accounts that violate this AUP
• Refuse refunds for accounts terminated for AUP violations
• Report illegal content to law enforcement as required by law

Changes

We may update this AUP from time to time. Continued use of Boreo after updates constitutes acceptance.
