Finding what to post
Scrolling competitor channels and guessing what might work.
Track rival channels in Boreo Research. Outlier detection flags the videos beating their own channel average, so every project starts from proven demand.
Most automation tools automate one thing: a script, or a bulk uploader for videos you already made. Boreo runs the path from “what should I post” to “it is live”, and you approve every stage on the way.

The automation
Each one is a step most creators still do by hand, and each one is a step the pipeline runs for you.
01
Scrolling competitor channels and guessing what might work.
Track rival channels in Boreo Research. Outlier detection flags the videos beating their own channel average, so every project starts from proven demand.
02
Staring at a blank title box, then second-guessing it.
Boreo generates a batch of titles and descriptions calibrated to your niche and reference videos, then you pick. Thumbnails come with a readability check baked in.
03
Hours of structuring hooks, beats and calls to action.
One brief becomes a full script with hook, body and CTA, scene by scene, in the pacing format your channel uses.
04
Stock footage hunting, or renders where the presenter changes every shot.
One character photo is locked as the identity of your channel and reused in every scene, so episode 1 and episode 40 look like the same show.
05
Recording, re-recording, then typing subtitles by hand.
Voiceover, background music matched to tone and pacing, and subtitle cues generated from the final audio, not a rough estimate.
06
Re-uploading the same file to nine dashboards with nine different specs.
The Post Calendar publishes natively to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Threads, Bluesky and X, with per-platform covers and length limits handled.
07
A gut feeling about what worked.
Every video you post feeds Boreo's learning system, so your own performance, not someone else's viral hit, shapes the next one.
Getting started
Five moves, in order. Nothing here needs a video editor, a designer or a second person.
Tell Boreo your niche, audience and posting cadence in Channel Settings, then connect the accounts you publish to. Nothing posts without you pressing the button.
Add the channels you want to learn from to Research. Boreo surfaces their outliers and the adjacent ideas they have not covered, and you send the ones you like straight into a new project.
A project moves through 13 stages grouped into five phases: Content (analysis, titles, script, character, storyboard), Production (audio, visuals, animation, building, thumbnails) and Publish (posting, complete, learn). Each stage shows its output and waits for your approval, so automation never ships something you have not seen.
Approve the final cut and Boreo publishes it natively to the platforms you chose, or queues it in the Post Calendar for a date and time you pick. Upload your own finished video through the same flow if you would rather.
Results come back into Boreo, which updates what it suggests next. That loop is the actual automation: the channel gets better without you re-learning it manually.
Guardrails
Three things separate a tool you can run a channel on for years from one that gets you demonetised. First, a human approves every stage; nothing is generated and shipped behind your back.
Second, the system learns from your own published performance, not from a template everyone else is using, so your output does not look like everyone else's.
Third, your material stays yours: your reference videos, your character photo, your scripts and your renders sit behind your own account, visible to you and not to other customers.
The result is a workflow where a video takes minutes of attention instead of days of work, and the channel still looks like one channel, made by one team, rather than a content farm.
FAQ
Software that removes the manual steps between an idea and a published video: research, packaging, scripting, visuals, voiceover, subtitles, thumbnails and uploading. The output is still a real video you approve, not an upload bot.
No. Every stage in the pipeline waits for your approval, and publishing is its own confirmed step. Automation here means less clicking per video, not fewer decisions.
That is the point of the character foundation. One approved source photo becomes the locked identity for every scene and every visual style, so faces, wardrobe and settings stop drifting between episodes.
Yes. The locked character is optional. Documentary, cinematic and listicle formats work with narration and generated scenes alone; the same pipeline and publishing steps apply.
Producing videos with AI is fine; what YouTube's monetisation policies target is mass-produced, repetitive content with no added value. Boreo keeps a human in the loop at every stage and builds on your own channel's patterns rather than copying other people's videos.
Plans start at $79 a month for 4 complete videos, with the full 13-stage pipeline included. Premium options such as higher-end animation and 4K images draw extra credits, and you can top up with credit packs whenever a month runs ahead of your plan.
